Spinach Corn Cheddar buns!

The buns are the same recipe as the Corn spinach onion bread I made sometime back. This time I made some round small buns instead.

After the first rise, I did not start the bake. I added some more flour to the thick battery dough and made it into a soft dough. Then I divided the dough into 9 balls and placed them on a greased baking sheet. Covered the balls with a kitchen towel and let them rise for half an hour. The balls puffed up and stuck to each other on the sides. Baked at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

The delicious bread was served with Cilantro garlic Hummus. The hummus recipe coming up!
