In one bowl, combine all the wet ingredients until well-mixed. In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet to make a soft dough. If it's too sticky, add a tablespoon of flour as needed. Then, mix in 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
