This moist and fudgy easy vegan chocolate zucchini loaf packs in a whole zucchini but you would never know.  It tastes like an actual chocolate cake! It's super easy to make and perfect for beginners.

Shred the zucchini and set aside. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients until well combined.
