Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp paprika , sweet + smoked, use more of one or the other based on heat preference. Smoky paprika is generally hotter.
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • optional add ins for variation: crushed bay leaf, 1/4 tsp ground mustard

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for upto 3 months
