Soak Moong Dal overnight. Drain and add to blender. Add the rest of your items and water. Blend it.

Add oil to a skillet and add in the spinach and seasonings. Cook until excess moisture is gone. Set aside.

Pour the batter in the middle of the skillet then move the skillet to move the batter to cover the rest of the skillet. Add the bread.

Flip the omelet so that the bread sides are on the skillet. Fold over the excess sides of the omelet inward.
