Sheet Pan Pancakes

Whenever I need to feed a crowd for breakfast I usually resort to some sort of breakfast casserole, but let’s face it – especially if there are kids at the table, pancakes would be the most popular option!

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Mix really well.

In another bowl, mix the vinegar and non dairy milk together. Add to the bowl of dry ingredients. Mix until it forms a batter.

Make the batter

Prepare a large baking sheet by lining with parchment paper. Drop batter into baking sheet and spread evenly. Add toppings of choice and bake at 425 degrees F.

Enjoy!

Remove from oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve with some maple syrup!
