Add ground spices and salt to skillet, mix. Add cubed potatoes, toss to coat. Add lemon juice, fenugreek leaves, cover, let cook 1-2 mins for spice infusion. Uncover, add cilantro, mix, remove from heat. Serve as is, breakfast potatoes, side dish, in wraps/sandwiches, or as Chaat snack with onion, tomatoes, cilantro chutney, or lemon juice on top.
