Calling all lassi lovers: Here’s a fresh, summery spin on one of my all-time favorite desserts: Baklava! This is the perfect drink for cooling you down on a warm day.

- Non-dairy milk - Dates - Raw pistachios - Almond flour - Non-dairy yogurt - Cinnamon

Add the milk, nuts, almond flour and dates to a blender and blend for a minute. Let sit. Repeat a few more times. Then, add the yogurt, lemon zest and cinnamon and blend again.
