Process peanuts, oats, garlic ginger in a processor. Add chickpeas, cilantro and blend. Transfer to a bowl. Add everything from soy sauce through sweet potato puree/mash. Mix well.

To reduce moisture, add ground oats or chickpea flour, then shape the mixture with greased hands or a cookie cutter on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
