Add bell pepper, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, tomato paste, spices, coconut milk, water, salt, and maple syrup. Bring to a boil, add ramen noodles or udon noodles, reduce heat to medium, cook for 3-4 minutes, check in a minute before time limit, switch off heat, taste and adjust salt and flavor. Add green chili if desired.
