Combine oats and chia seeds in a bowl. Mix in yogurt, vanilla extract, orange zest, maple syrup, and hot nondairy milk. Allow to sit for 15 mins to thicken. Once cool and creamy, mix in chocolate chips or layer them in jars. Fill jar with oats, add chocolate chips, pistachios, orange slices, and zest if desired. Store jars in fridge for up to 3 days.
