Preheat oven to 400ºF, heat baking dish, add oil, spices, mix, set aside.

Process onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, and cilantro in a food processor. Add to spices mixture, mix well, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Once golden, add tomato paste, yogurt, and veggie stock.

Mix drained lentils, peas, carrots, walnuts, and salt. Cover with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour. Check after 50 minutes for desired cooking time and add more liquid if needed.
