Ingredients
1recipe pizza dough that makes at least a 14 inch diameter pizza. You can use my gluten free pizza dough or my regular pizza dough or my yeast free pizza dough, links in notes
For the topping:
1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
1tablespoonvegan butter
3clovesof garlic,minced
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
½ to 1cupvegan cheese shreds
½ to 1cupMy Liquid mozzarella . I use either all cheese shreds or all sauce or a mix of the 2
½teaspoonpepper flakes
1tablespooneverything bagel seasoningsee recipe notes to make from scratch
Prep the pizza dough and spread it onto a parchment lined baking sheet. You want something that will be at least 14 inches in diameter and spread it evenly.
Then In a small bowl add extra virgin olive oil, softened butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and mix really well.
Then spread this mixture all over the pizza dough, sprinkle the shredded cheese or the cheese sauce or both, whatever you’re using.
Sprinkle pepper flakes and everything bagel seasoning .
Put the pizza to bake at 400F(205C) for 11-12 minutes or until the top turns nicely golden. You can also broil it for 1-2 minutes to make it more golden.
Then remove the pizza , let it sit for a minute then slice into 1 inch wide sticks and serve with marinara sauce or serve with more of the cheese sauce, ranch or whatever else you like.

Everything Bagel seasoning: mix 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white or a mix of white and black), 1 tsp poppy seeds, 2 tsp onion flakes and a pinch of salt
