Ingredients  

  • 2 tbsp paprika, , sweet + smoked, use more of one or the other based on heat preference. Smoky paprika is generally hotter.
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt, (optional)
  • optional add ins for variation:, crushed bay leaf, 1/4 tsp ground mustard

Instructions 

  • Mix all the ingredients and store in an airtight container for upto 3 months 

Notes

Small Batch:
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 tsp onion powder

      ๐Ÿ™‚ I dont know yet. It takes a while to write a book with the whole planning, concept, organization, testing, editing, then more editing, marketing etc. I am working on one, but havent signed on a date yet. I keep publishing new stuff onthe blog, you can print some of them ๐Ÿ™‚

      I usually get some from the local world spice store which has organic spices. Frontier or simply organic or penzeys are great too
