Made some veggie chinese steamed buns again!!. This time for the filling, I added some low sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons orange juice and 1 teaspoon orange zest instead of the stir-fry sauce!. short write up again coz of sprained thumb!:)
The Baos came out nice and soft and the orange veggie filling was fun ! I should try some orange veggie noodle bowl next!
