This Mexican-ish Spicy corn on the cob. Grilled to a blackened perfection and rubbed with cayenne, lime and nutritional yeast! The Indian corn on the cob, is grilled to blackened kernels, then served with a good rub of lemon juice, salt, cayenne/chili powder, kala namak or chaat masala. Cayenne is used liberally and with the lemon juice, heat from the freshly grilled corn, the corn is darn delicious. But after you are done eating it, you can feel the lemony+cayenne burn on them lips!
Spicy Grilled Corn on the cob:
Grill the corn on a grill or gas flame, turning every minute, until most of the kernels are browned.
Brush or spray oil or vegan butter on it. Sprinkle salt, cayenne, nutritional yeast and lime/lemon juice and lightly rub them in. Serve hot!
