Oh My Gosh Richa!! This looks amazing and so easy to make.. I’m heading out right now for the 4.5 inch pan so I can make a couple of them. I’ll let you know how they turn out.
Once again.. thanks so much for making Vegan living easy!

Made this today. I used vanilla coconut milk yogurt and omitted the cinnamon. It’s an awesome dessert and so easy to make! Good thing it’s rich enough to eat only half (if you have the willpower to eat just half!) …. at almost 400 calories for the entire pie find a friend to share it with if you’re watching calories. 😉
Richa
Great! I am so happy you liked it! I cant eat the whole thing too.:)
Angel
This looks seriously good! 🙂

I want one of those little bites. Or are they slices? Either way, it would go down in one bite. 🙂 This looks so incredibly wonderful and I love that it’s just one serving- so I won’t feel guilty for scarfing down the whole thing! Hope you’re having a wonderful vacay, Richa!
Richa
thanks Kristy! My servings are usually small, so i dont over indulge and make fresh ones with variations again 🙂

i’m all about not turning my oven on in thi extreme heat. this is perfect and looks delicious!
Richa
haha. we are just about getting heated up, so the oven might go in hibernation soon. so lots more no bake experiments to come!
erinwyso
This looks so festive! I love no bake pies, especially during these next few months!
Richa
its just about a month or so of good heat here. and the oven is going to be on vacation!
Spencer
Looks really good! I would love to try some. I reckon I would eat the lot in five minutes flat!
Richa
i think 2 minutes!
Hannah
I think I just want to eat the crust straight from the mixing bowl 😛
Richa
thats what is my problem with all these no bake things, pies, truffles etc. Most days i would just eat the dough!
dassana
so delish… you are lucky to get the vegan stuff there. if i have to make these, i will first have to make the curd, then make the almond milk and then make the dessert…. so much work…
Richa
yup. it definitely makes it easier. you can substitute either water or water mixed well with powdered cashew for most baked goods when it calls for non dairy milk. For the yogurt, i have to start making some of my own too. you know, we dont even get fresh coconuts here. i reckon you have plenty there 😉
Shannon
This looks so lovely, Richa! Berries and chocolate are an under utilized flavor combo!
cookingwithlysa
