    Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A satisfying breakfast is a great start to the day. So I put together a collection of some amazing vegan breakfast recipes in this post.

    Lets start of with some savory breakfasts recipes, and first up is my Black Eyed Pea and Sweet Potato Hash .  Ready in 20 minutes, this skillet is packed full of flavor and  you can make it in one pot!  Perfect for winter mornings!

      I made the chickpea flour omelet/pancakes yesterday, mine were more pancakes which means they were more dense but very yummy! Practice makes perfect. Considering that i haven’t had much success with pancakes in the past, this was awesome! Very tasty, will definitely do again.

        Great! you an thin the batter a bit with water to make thinner pancakes. or add more baking powder for fluffier.

      We have made the caramelised banana french toast and love it. Somehow I missed the turmeric oats when you first posted it – that’s a definite for me to try, especially as we move towards autumn here. The avocado toast with corn is another I have been meaning to make – maybe tomorrow…

        Dear Cheryl, I just wanted to say that is fantastic that you think about your vegan guests! I don’t live in the USA but if I would, this would be a good reason to visit your B&B, sounds very friendly!
